Under the new regulations, the importer at the destination port must personally register within the system and handle all declaration procedures independently.

Remaining Unchanged: Other procedures, including delivery orders, port and terminal operations, documentation, and delivery charges. Required customs clearance documents such as freight invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, and import tax rates remain as before.
