Was tied up on the plane. Not people but cargo, to prevent slipping off, keep cabin clean. Due to travel limit by COVID-19, many flights can’t carry passenger. Goods were brought up from cargo cabin to reduce loss, but they could not move freely. Hope COVID-19 end and carry passenger soon.
