Reason: Shipping demand is more than air freight capacity supply. In fourth quarter, so many cargo need ship to EU/USA and others from China to catch Christmas sale, then cause capacity shortage.
Tips: To ship out ASAP, no wait or hesitation. To book space ASAP too.
Such rule happens each year, out of control by airlines and forwarders.
